Hi there,
Please contact me for more details on a lovely, modern houseshare in Kensington. I'm having to move in with my band to concentrate on recording but I am very sad to be leaving!
The property is decorated to a high standard and isn't your 'typical student' house. We have stayed with the same landlord but decided to move slightly closer to university, now we are only a 10/15 minute walk from university (5 minute bikeride)and tesco express and LIDL are just down the road.
All bills are included for 75pppw, that's the gas, water, electricity and broadband!
My housemates are very friendly and outgoing but would prefer a student to be living with them. One housemate is her final year at Law and the other is doing his masters in engineering. Whilst they work hard they make sure not to let things become TOO serious so I'm sure you'll really enjoy living with them, as I did.
