Hi!

I have a double room available immediately to rent. It currently has a single bed in, a wardrobe and chest of draws.

The flat is very spacious and all bills are included in rent.( for short term leases weekly rent is acceptable- please contact me for more information).

I enjoy nights in as well as a good night out too. I'm a bit of a foodie and like to eat out as well as cook. I love chilling out with a good film too! I work full time in a school, but also sing in a band too.

I'm looking for someone who is relaxed, tidy and friendly.
