I am looking to find a new tenant for my room in a house share. Excellent location in Childwall about a minutes walk from Hope University and about 15 mins from the city centre by bus. I am currently studying at a different university and it's just not practical for me to live there now so I'm looking for someone to take my place as soon as possible!
The room itself is a good sized double, fully furnished, and rent is £75 per week which includes all bills and internet. There is also a garden at the back. The housemates are lovely too!
