2 rooms to rent in 4 bed house, Kensington Fields

Two female students looking for two student housemates, male or female. Preferably aged 21-30. We're all for going out for a few drinks and having a social life but we're not here for the clubbing/drinking lifestyle. Those wanting a relatively quiet house or even people who want the typical student life but want a quiet, tidy place to come back to would be happiest here.

We're both going into our second year studying Design at Liverpool Hope University - one specialising in metal, the other ceramics. However the house is a 15 minute walk from Lime Street so it's also practical for students at other universities.

The house is fully furnished. It's no smoking inside but there is a small patio area outside ideal for smokers. Parking spaces available on the street in front of the house. One bedroom is a double and the other a 3/4 bed. Bedrooms include built-in wardrobes and a desk.

All bills included, including internet. As we've been living here since August we've already bought the little things like a draining board, cutlery drawer, toaster, kettle etc, so you'd save money on the little added expenses!

Tenancy agreement runs from August 2014 until the end of June 2015. NO short term lets will be considered.

*If we only find a third housemate, rent will increase to £85 per week. Deposit: £200. All tenants MUST be students.
