Spacious room available on the middle floor. Adjacent to the room is another bedroom and two bathrooms.

The house has a hallway, living/sofa area, fully furnished kitchen, back yard, shower and bath, two toilets and 3 other bedrooms.

The room itself is fully carpeted and equip with a bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk, desk chair, bedside table and pretty wall ornaments (which can be removed if desired)

All bills are included (unless it goes over a certain allowance) apart from Wi-Fi, which we already have, but you will have to chip in £5-10 a month if you want it.

The house is close to 2 train stations, Edge Hill and Liverpool Lime Street. A taxi rank is literally 3 minute walk from the house, as well as convenience stores, 24 hour shops, personal grooming shops, various superstores (Tesco, ASDA, Morrison's etc). It is close to both The University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moore's University. A bus stop is 2 minutes away from the house that will take you to the town center (15 min walk) or the Universities and their facilities (libraries etc).
