Newly redecorated accommodation in the popular Wavertree area of Liverpool, suitable for a mature student or young professional.

Although I am a ‘live in’ landlord I am only in the house about 1 week in 4. Therefore for the majority of the time you will only be sharing with one person, so plenty of space to go around and no queuing for the bathroom! There is also a small spare room in the house which we use for drying laundry on wet days and this also doubles up as a spare room for overnight visitors.

The house is clean & tidy and I’m looking for a lodger who will make themselves at home whilst respecting the property and the other occupant/s. We work so it’s not really a party house but we do like to relax and be sociable. The other lodger is also male but we are happy to have a mixed sex household.

The house is situated on a residential street with a few student properties mixed in. Therefore the area retains a safe and youthful vibe but it is not over run by students and so is a fairly quiet place to live.

At the bottom of the street is Smithdown road where buses run to the city centre and universities every 10 minutes and also directly to Liverpool airport.

Within a couple of minutes walk from the house is a large 24 hour ASDA Megastore and an Aldi supermarket. There are also numerous bars, restaurants and an Olympic sized swimming pool, Gym and Tennis Centre, in the locality. You can also walk to Sefton Park in 15 minutes and Lark Lane in 25 minutes.
