The room is double glazed and has central heating There are two living rooms, one with a tv and open fire, the other a sitting room with a log burner. Both fires are used in the winter months. The kitchen is modern with a breakfast bar and lots of cupboard and counter space along with a fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is plenty of storage space in the house, including in a second small bedroom along the hall and the partially converted loft if you have a lot of stuff.. The existing housemates are a caterer (live in landlord) and a pharmacist and have been in the house for 28 and 9 years respectively and are very sociable.
