Short term room available near town, bills inc

Hello! Have a room available short term for few weeks from now until new long term housemate moves in on 5th August, if anyone needs anything temporary. £100 per week. Bedding and shared utilities etc included.

Bed is a small-double in a 3-bed house share – £100 per week, all bills included. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the city centre, 5-minute walk to Tesco/local shops, and 10 minutes to town. Outdoor space and firepit for when it's nice, and a garage for extra storage. Not a party house. Very much a peaceful home with an occasional dinner party.

I'm pretty laid-back and chilled, and respectful of others’ space. Looking for housemates with a similar mindset who would like to occasionally socialise with a chat, or become friends. As opposed to just saying hi in the kitchen :)

Will welcome all the cats, but sorry not doggo friendly.
