Putting finishing touches on renovations this week, so putting option out for rooms as either unfurnished, or furnished after I head to IKEA later 😅

It's a nice cul-de-sac area off of Myrtle Street, 5 minute walk to Tesco and Liverpool University south campus, 10 minute walk to city centre, 20 minute walk to Lime Street Station. 5/20 mins to the Women's/Royal hospital. The area is secluded while still being walking distance to town. House has fast internet with good wifi.
Unless wanting unfurnished, rooms will have double bed, desk, chair and recessed space for wardrobe/drawers. I’ve left old photos from a past advert to get an idea of space until I get the rest sorted.
I work in IT. Like to travel. Bit of a snowboarder, bit of a geek.
