Room in 3 bed, edge of city centre, all bills inc

Hello,

I have a housemate moving out to travel Asia, her room will become free from 12th October.

Room includes double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe - £510 all bills and council tax included.

It's a recently refurbished 3 bedroom house in a nice cul-de-sac on edge of city centre, with a garden space to sit outside in the sun (when it exists). The area is secluded while still being walking distance to town. And close to Tesco, small markets/restaurants and a 92 Degrees coffee shop. There's also an in-house espresso machine for those of us that require Columbia's second finest in the morning.

Remaining housemates are myself, 43 male, works in IT. So there is in-house tech support :) Likes snowboarding, cats, coffee, anime, gigs, rum/espresso martinis.
The other housemate, 26 female, has recently moved from Japan. She's kind, quite shy and still learning to speak English, knows the best Japanese food/drink spots in Liverpool. Seems to drink an impressive amount of beer.

We’re looking for someone who is reasonably tidy, friendly & sociable but also enjoys their own space when social batteries are low. This isn't a party house. Quiet evenings, movies/shows, or the occasional dinner party kinda place. Also, as this is a spare room where I live, peace among housemates is important. So a bit of info about who you are helps.
