Double room, edge of city centre, bills inc

Hello! I have a double room available in a 3 bedroom house. Room includes ottoman bed for storage, desk, chair, large bookcase, recessed wardrobe - £500 all bills included. Furniture can be put into storage if you have your own. It’s located in a quiet cul-de-sac on edge of city centre. The area is secluded but only 10 mins walk to town. 5 mins walk to Tesco, small markets/restaurants and 92 Degrees.

Housemates are myself, 43 male, works in IT. So there’s in-house tech support. Politically left. Likes usual nerd stuff, snowboarding. Your other housemate, 26 female, has recently moved from Japan. She's kind, but quite shy and still learning to speak English, knows & works at the best Japanese food/drink spots in Liverpool.

Looking for a reasonably tidy, chilled housemate who wants a peaceful home environment. Likes to interact at home with a chat/show/tea, rather than just pass in the corridor. But also enjoys their own space. Preferable if you like a warm house, 22-23C
