Looking for someone to fill a room at Hollybank

I have a room available at Hollybank Road living with 3 girls and 2 guys who are a friendly bunch of people. The room contains a double bed, a window, a mirror, a wardrobe and cabinet with draws. The house has a large living room, 2 bathrooms/showrooms, a fully functioning kitchen/dining area and a back yard. The house is situated about a 2 minute walk from both Tesco and The Brookhouse (the nearest pub) and about a 5 minute walk to a range of bus tops which have regular buses running into Liverpool University campus and into the city centre. The rent is £85 a week and that includes all bills, TV licence and Internet. I had to leave because I failed my second year of university so I have moved back home now. The room is ready for you to move in immediately. The landlords are great too, and if you ever have a problem they'd be right around as soon as possible to sort anything out that needs sorting.
