Student house 3 mins from Smithdown ASDA

I'm the 6th resident in this house but I'm leaving uni so my room is now available. There will be 3 boys and 2 girls remaining, they're all lovely and laid back people. House is newly refurbished, new carpets, lovely new kitchen, new bathroom and a 50" TV. Access to both a shower and a bath. 2xbathroom. Washer and dryer. No parking but one housemate has a car and parks it around the corner no worries. 3 minute walk to Smithdown ASDA and ALDI. 2 minutes from bus stop (for town and uni). Big garden out the back. House is detached so no problems with neighbours either way and is fitted with an alarm system and fire alarms. Room itself has a double bed, big set of drawers, desk with chair, 2 wardrobes and a window with curtains. Real cute.
