Double Room To Rent In Liverpool

Hi there,

I am advertising the spare room in the house I currently rent. The house is very comfortable and has two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is a decent size with washing machine/tumble dryer. The bedroom for rent is the larger of the two and is spacious and furnished. The property is a short walk from Smithdown road, ten minutes walk from Asda and a short walk to the local bus routes, catching a bus to town takes around ten/fifteen minutes. Edge Hill train station is a ten minute walk from the property. There are two cats living at the house who will be here for the foreseeable future.

I am a part time student, who studies and works in the evening. I'm sociable and friendly, enjoy running, the gym and cooking. Ideally any house mate will be easy to get along with, clean, tidy and respectful.
