Peaceful room near Penny Lane - Short term only

A spacious bright room in a quiet and fully refurbished home available for short term stays only (1 night, few nights a week). Conveniently located near public transport , shops and restaurants, this house is near some iconic Liverpool sites, yet on a quiet road.

The house was recently refurbished to the highest standard. The room is bright and spacious and has a comfortable double bed, desk/dressing table and chest of drawers. Wifi is available throughout the house.

The room is available for short stays from 1 night to 3 weeks. Longer stays Monday-Friday/few nights a week will be considered. Contact me for nightly rate.

Guest Access

Guests will have sole private use of their beautifully decorated room and share the bathroom and kitchen with the owner. Broadband wifi is available throughout the house. There is a nice patio at the back of the house for some afternoon and evening relaxing.

There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

The Neighbourhood

Having moved into this neighbourhood only six months ago, I have found it to be really convenient. I am surrounded by some of Liverpool's best restaurants and bars, iconic tourist attractions, yet out of the city where the real Liverpudlians live. The area is safe and quiet.

Getting around

There are bus stops within 100m of the house going North, South East and West. It is a pleasant 15min bus ride into town. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, banks and a post office around the corner which are all walkable.

The M62 is 5 minutes away in the car and there is restriction free parking on the road as well as some parking on a nearby parking lot. I am about 15min away from the airport. One of the buses here goes to the airport.

Other Things to Note

This house is not suitable for people with mobility problems as there are steps to the front door and the room and bathroom are on the first floor.
