Ideal for students, professionals and as the rent is £75pw, would be suitable for international students who are on placements for a certain amount of time. The flat consists of a kitchen with all white goods.
(Washing machine, cooker, Microwave, Fridge freezer & Blender) The Living room has a 50 inch TV, a large corner sofa and a wooden coffee table. the Bathroom has all the basic amenities which are a bath, sink and Toilet.

The flat is located close to the city centre about 10 minutes on a bus or 5 mins in a car depending on the traffic. It is a stones throw away from Princess Park and Sefton Park, with also a number of shops close by Including Tesco, B&M, Mac Donald's and local Take aways.
