Room Available in Liverpoo

We have a double-room available for 1 lodger in Liverpool, about 10-15 mins drive from Liverpool City Centre (and also on excellent bus routes)

We are married and professionals living in the house. The rent includes 1 bedroom and a bathroom for use by lodgers separate from ours. Also, there is shared use of lounge, kitchen and utility.

All bills (except telephone) included. Broadband included. Food is not included.

We have a dog, a friendly 12-year-old collie-lab cross called Sally. We don’t have kids.

Cost of £300 per month is same whether 5 or 7-day a week rental.
