I have recently purchased several flats, underneath which was a hairdressers which has since shut down due to the owner having a baby.

I now own the hairdressers but know nothing about hair, therefore I am looking for someone who would like to run their own business from the shop.

It is already laid out as a hairdressers so all that is required is a few start up items and products.

Rent is £500 but everything is negotiable.

The shop is well located in the Kensington area of Liverpool. This is a massive up and coming area for students and young professionals.
