Due to changes in personal circumstances, I have a room to rent in student property which is managed by Liverpool Student Houses, which is situated just off the popular smithdown road.
You would be taking over my lease/contract which is up at the end of June 2015.

The house is furnished to a high standard and is modernised through out.
The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other occupants.
There is also a patio area at the back of the property.

The living room has a large LCD TV with virgin media (included in the rent) and three leather sofas.

The kitchen is very large and includes dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble drier, oven and hob. There is also plenty of freezer and fridge space.

Fast broadband/wifi is also included in the rent.

There is plenty of parking space at the front of the property.
The house is a 2 minute walk from a large Asda and an Aldi. Bus Stops for all 86 routes are also a very short walk away (smithdown road)

The room available is on the ground floor. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe. There is also nice feature fire place and wooden flooring.

Please note: The room can only be let to a student.

The landlord is a lovely chap and is always quick and happy to resolve any issues.

The house comes with everything you need apart from clothes and books :)
