Very close to travel links into the city and airport. The house will be home to 4 tenants, sharing a good size lounge / dining room, a large kitchen and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are fitted with mortice locks. The room is available either unfurnished or furnished with double bed, wardrobe, small dining table and chairs and armchair. All rooms have tv connection and free wifi, all bills are inclusive (Gas / Electric / Council Tax / TV Licence / Broadband). Kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine. House also equipped with vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron and there is a nice small courtyard garden with washing line. No DSS / pets please.
