Double room available to let from 1st January '15 in a 2 bed flat in Chancellor Court. Chancellor Court is located next to the Women's Hospital, John Moores University and is approx. 15 mins walk to Lime St. Station.
Outside the flat is a bus stop in to town and also to the airport.
The flat will be shared with one other guy in his late 20's.
It has a shared bathroom and the kitchen is open plan.
Looking for a flatmate in late 20's to early 30's, who is clean, respectful and will pay rent/bills on time.
It is not a smoking flat but smoking area outside the flat.
Bills are not included, it is approx £150/month for bills, this includes: sky, internet, water, electricity, tv licence and council tax.
