The house has a shared living space. Modern kitchen and bathroom. The house has a yard which is relatively spacious, but it is currently paved but will be developed into a friendlier and greener space over the summer!

I am a friendly and very laid back 34 year old male. I am looking for another professional or mature student to share with. I work Monday to Friday, 9-5pm. I also have a small private practice, which means I sometimes see clients at home either in the evenings or at weekends. I have a separate space in the house for this. This room can be used as a dining area when not being used for clients.

There is parking on the street outside. Sometimes the road can get busy, particularly in the evening but you will always be able to find a space.
