I buy a 1. 5meter bed in the room of u want I can leave it with u. Also cuz it has a bathroom for disabled people, it has really a large space for you to manage the room.
Bills include water, electric, warm and network. If you want to rent the room, I think we can transfer the contract and make a deposit of 250 at reception, but if u don't want transfer the contract, the room will only rent end on 7th of June!
I rent the room at 117. 5, but I want to move out now. The room is larger than the standard room and 5 flat mates share the kitchen.
Also, you can access to the gym for free!
You can take a view after Tuesday next week if you want to rent the room.
