2 double rooms all bills included

Hi ,

My name is Steve I have 1 room available now and one available at the end of the month .
The house is a large and very recently refurbished . And is walking distance from aintree training hospital and is extremely close to two train station and many bus routes . Also has plenty of parking outside the house .
There is 2 double rooms the one avaiable now is a double room for 70 pound a week . The other room is avaiable at the end of the month or maybe earlier and is bigger so is 80 a week.
Both rooms are all bills included including fastest Virgin broadband and TV XL package.
The house has large front room fully furnished and brand new kitchen fully fitted . There are two bathrooms with a maximum of just 3 people sharing one . So no queueing in the morning unlike a lot of house shares .
There is furniture avaiable for your room , bed, wardrobe , desks , chairs etc or you can bring your own !
