The house share is in the popular student area Wavertree, just off smithdown road. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the bus stop, the bus is then a 15 minute journey into the city center.
The house has a spacious interior and a yard as well as great local amenities.
£75 per week, bills included, and available to pay termly to coincide with student loans. Tenant must be a student.
£200 deposit required.
