We live in a newly refurbished house, which includes one bathroom with a walk-in shower, a lounge and dining area, a kitchen which includes breakfast bar, dishwasher and washer/dryer, a decked back-garden and virgin media TV and wifi.

The bedroom on offer is located on the first floor and faces the street, it includes a three-quarter double bed, a spacious wardrobe, draws under the bed and shelves.

Our house is located on a quiet one way street that is less than a minutes walk to a CO-OP, Asda and Aldi. Also, there is a bus stop at the end of the road and plenty of parking space on the road.

The four people that are already living here next year are friendly and clean, outgoing. We are studying dentistry, history, english/history and law.

We are looking for someone who's easy-going and up for a laugh!
