Garmoyle Massive

Hey guys! So I'm a film student going into his final year of university. I'll be sharing a house with 5 others, 4 boys(including me) and 2 girls. We are all really respectable people, laid back, very chilled, but we do like to party on occasions aha and we love our music! 2 of the housemates are music producers, and i dabble in the art of bass and soul myself. The contract starts in June 2015, i'll personally be moving in on July 1st. The rent is £69pw and half rent during the summer months you choose not to live there. Preferably we are looking for another girl to balance the house demographics haha but beggars cant be choosers! Unfortunately i dont have any pictures of the property to hand but its a really good house (living room has 4 sofas! bare chilling!) which is being fully refurbished before move in day.
