Good sized double room in nicely furnished flat

Hello! I'm looking for a friendly, sociable person to move in to the flat I currently share with my friend who is moving down south.
The flat is a fairly spacious 3-bed modern flat, with a decent sized kitchen, and living room with dining area. The room that is available is a good sized double with plenty of storage. You would also have your own bathroom (the main bathroom) as I have an ensuite. There is a third bedroom which is much smaller and is currently used as a spare room for visitors/storage.
The flat is in a good location, with allocated parking, and is walking distance from the prom and a short drive from Sefton Park.

The rent is £312. 50 a month with bills on top (usually works out about £450 a month total).

I'm ideally looking to share with a female with some shared interests.
