This cosily furnished spacious house has a lovely open plan dining room/sitting room with 47" tv, a well-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom (shared between 3), and high speed Wi-Fi available. There is also a very pretty outside yard with seating. Parking available on a quiet road.

To share with 2 lovely housemates; all tidy, sociable and superbly friendly and looking for someone similar to join them.

Rent includes council tax, broadband and tv license. Bills not included are energy and water.
