The common areas include a fully equipped, large kitchen; a bathroom with bath; a huge living room (TV, two couches, dinner table, etc.). There's a nice back patio for smokers or just to sit out.
The house is on the Wavertree area: just a couple of minutes away from ASDA, ALDI, the 86 bus stop; and easily connected to the city centre and the vibrant Smithdown Road life.
