Sitting room includes, TV, leather sofa & arm chair set, table, fire place.

All house is well furnished, clean and well maintained.

Plus property has a small room, which is used for drying and ironing clothes.

Property is located 5 minutes walk to Lidl, Home and Bargains, Boots, Local Florist, Beauty salons and etc. Close to the main public transport routes, 10 minutes by bus to the City Centre.
