We have two standard doubles for £120 per week, two larger doubles for £125 per week and the large top floor room for £135 per week. All rooms currently available as the renovation has just completed. All bills including super fast Wi-Fi and TV licences and a large flat-screen TV in the lounge are included.

There is a beautiful open-plan kitchen and a spacious warm sitting area.

Less than 10 minutes walk to Liverpool University, the Tropical School of Medicine and the Royal Liverpool Hospital. Also on a direct bus route to Alder Hey Hospital.

It is owned and managed by a friendly local award-winning landlord with a full-time maintenance team. No dealing with agents!

We can make bedding available to international students for a small extra charge and we are happy to lend any kitchen equipment which may be needed.
