Hello! We are Sefa and Kofi and we are the land lords of this beautiful home. We have lived here for just over 13 years as live in landlords and we now rent it to people (although we don't live far away so can be on hand for problems). Kofi works from there anyway. We are looking for housemates who want to be part of a house community.

Double room in a beautiful 4 bedroom Apartment in kensington - sharing with two professional women. This apartment is in the regeneration zone of Kensington and is likely to exceed your expectations of the area. The apartment is 15-20 mins walk away fro the uni of liverpool campus and a 25 minute walk to town in addition to being accessible to major bus routes and good local amenities including tesco and asda.

The large spacious bedroom is situated at the back of the house and catches the light spectacularly in the summer. The room is furnished with a large high-sleeper double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. One of the two bathrooms in the property is also situated directly next to the room and is shared with only one other person.

There is a shared Kitchen - living room - diner with a large screen tv which has free view, Netflix and an amazon fire stick. There is also a DVD player and play station available. The kitchen provides lots of storage space, a large fridge freezer, gas cooker, electric oven and washing machine. The kitchen also has plenty of crockery (pans, plates cups etc)

There are two bathrooms in the property, both with a toilet and electric shower over the bath, one of the first floor and the other on the second.

Roadside parking is available in addition to a garage for bikes to be stored safely. The house has gas heating and is very energy efficient.

Bills are included in the rent (within reason - up to ? 40 a month is allocated for gas, water and electric + for each tenant, this has never been exceeded in 5 years) .Please note you WILL be expected to pay a third of the COUNCIL TAX if you work which is less the ?45 pcm .

A deposit of one month in advance will be taken upon signing the contract.

Room available now on a 3 month renewable contract and available to view from now.

Working Professionals and Professional Students (medics, dentists and PhD students) preferred.
