Seeking a nice considerate person to come and live with us in Liverpool. Perfect if you're coming to work/study in the city & looking for a soft landing.

Everything is provided in the house for you to use. So the lighter you come the better. The most important thing is to find a good match, so everyone feels comfortable & secure with who they're living with.

I'm a creative, originally from Surrey, and like to run a clean, kind and functional home.

The kitchen and bathrooms are kept to a high level of cleanliness. This is to ensure house relations are maintained & not strained.

The cleaning of shared areas is included in the rent, though you'll be expected to clean up after yourself.

We also have a large indoor drying room, so we don't live among wet towels and drying laundry.

We're all friendly and helpful here, though we're not looking to each other for a social life, and think it's unrealistic to expect that from your housemates. This would just be a bonus! :)

If you're hoping to invite your social life back, then this place would be unsuitable. This may sound a little mean, though this has the advantage that you won't have to endure this from other lodgers you live with. I've found this makes for a more relaxing & secure home environment with fewer issues.

However there's a welcoming guest room available, for visitors to Liverpool, once good relations have been established with everyone.

We're on a Virgin 250mbps internet package, with boosters on the upper floors. There's plenty of hot water and the shower has a satisfying flow.

Also if you have a bicycle you can bring it in & store in a large room. The large double south facing bedroom also has a good size walk in wardrobe.

The house is bursting with character & amusing things, so would suit someone who appreciates a quirky touch. Also we have a walled and colourful garden to enjoy.

Nearby there's 3 direct bus routes to Liverpool centre (numbers 12,13 & 15) or a 15 minute bicycle ride across the park.

Liverpool Airport is a 20 minute bus ride away & departs from the top of our road.

There's a M&S Foodhall, Tesco, Aldi, library & Costa Coffee all within a 3 minute walk. We're also close to The Children's Alder Hey, Broadgreen & Heart & Chest Hospitals.
