Double room In 3 bed house £400 including Bills

This is for a double room in a 3 bedroom house however the third bedroom is kept as a guest room unless you prefer a third person and I’m happy to rent that out to.

The property is in knotty ash between broad green Hospital and alder hey hospital, making it ideal for a hospital employee. The road is off both east Prescott road and queens drive! It is 2 minutes from Sainsbury's, 5 Minutes from Tesco/ Aldi/ Iceland and more. Old Swan high street is only 5 minute walk.

I am looking for someone to share my house with, who will be comfortable in making my home theirs too. I'm friendly and keep my house clean and tidy so would like a clean tidy person to share with. I love cooking and Netflix binges as well as going out for food and drinks, I'm very sociable but also like sitting in the house watching tv during the week :)

It's waking distance to two hospitals and a short bus ride to the Royal hospital so a medic/medical student may find it ideal. It is an easy commute to all of liverpool with the city centre being a 10 minute drive, (or 25 min bus ride) Sefton park 10 minutes and the M62 being 3 minutes drive away!
