Double Room in New Build 3-bedroom in Liverpool

A clean and comfortable south-facing room with a big double bed, built-in wardrobe, good storage and a secure lock is available for rent.

The 3-bedroom spacious new-built house is fully furnished with contemporary features including thermostat, alarm system and furnitures.

There are communal two bathrooms in the house with a shower and a separate bathtub upstairs. A pleasant front garden and a big back garden are a lovely addition to this elegant house. The sizable kitchen, dining area and lounge are communal space too.
There is off road parking, you can park your car on the driveway. You can also store some stuff in the garage. There are regular buses for Liverpool City Centre, LJL Airport, South Parkway and Runcorn are literally opposite the house and 1-minute walking distance. Liverpool City Centre is 25-30 minutes drive and Liverpool Airport is 5 minutes drive or about 25 minutes waking distance. Morrison, TK Max, petrol station, pharmacy, post office, health centre is 5-10 minutes’ walking distance. Hunts Cross shopping centre and Speke retail park are both 5 minutes drive distance. Manchester airport is just over half an hour drive.

I, the landlord, am British Chinese. I’m an artist, friendly and sociable and don’t live in the property, only come to stay very occasionally, if not at all. I will come around to do gardening from time to time and fix things if needed.

I am looking for a professional or mature student doing Masters or Phd or a medicine course who likes to keep the house clean and has a healthy lifestyle, who will treat the house as their own as well as feel at home here. Smokers are ok but no smoking indoors.

I have a young professional couple from Nepals, who are clean and respectful, renting this roll until 8th Nov and moving into another room in the property on 8th Nov. Their current contract finishes next March, which might be extended.

There are three rooms in the house but I’m not renting the third room out so there will be only the couple, two people, sharing the space with you.
