Modern house with good sized double room to rent..

I have two double rooms for rent in this modern two bed town house, I have an open plan kitchen with a walk through to the lounge and patio doors leading out to the south facing garden. The stairs from the kitchen lead up to two good sized double rooms split by the shower/bathroom. One double bedroom is fully furnished, this room comes with gated secure parking, the other double room has a wardrobe only. the kitchen is fully furnished, the living room will be once I have secured either a couple or 2 tenants. There is an upstairs bathroom with shower & WC along with a downstairs WC and wash basin. Centrally heated throughout, with double glazing on all windows and doors. I'm not a live in landlord.
