Cheap, sunny studio with a separate kitchen

We have a lovely studio in a quiet street just off Smithdown Road. We are moving out of the UK and are looking for someone to move in to our flat. The studio is on top floor, so there is barely any sounds from neighbours.

The studio is a good sized (there are two of us living here at the moment). It has a separate kitchen that fits a small table. It also has a good size bathroom with a bath tube in it.

The studio is overlooking the Toxteth cemetery. I know it can sound a bit creepy, but in reality it is rather lovely. It is very quiet, with loads of sunshine and no street noises. Also, this corner of the cemetery is only used by people walking their dogs, so it is not really that used in this end.

The place is ideally located for students and young professionals! There is Aldi and 24h ASDA in walking distance. The Liverpool uni is 15 mins walk (or 8mins by bike), city center is easily reachable either by foot or bus. Also Sefton Park literally starts in the end of our street, so you get to Lark Lane rather quickly!

The flat is available immediately, as we have moved out already. The flat comes unfurnished, but the pictures are from when we were living there.

Our estate agent is good, and always fix any problems that we have had in a very timely manner! They do have an admin fee of £125. No deposit is required, but you will need a house-owner guarantor.
