The house is centrally located opposite the road from Royal Liverpool University Hospital, University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University.

This house is ideal for mature postgraduate students who are friendly, social and respectful to their flatmates.

The house is decorated to a high standard. It has four bedrooms - all have a lockable door, bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. No bedding or linen are included.

The living room is very comfortable with 2 sofas, tv and a breakfast bar with stools for dining. It also has a back garden and basement for storage of bikes, etc.

Rent includes utilities, council tax and 100MB wifi.

The rooms in the house are rented individually.
- Room 1 and Room 4 are available from 1 Augst, the other two rooms are available later in August.

We've had a number of long term tenants first completing their Master's and then PhD. We think this is a good reflection on us as private owner landlords and the type of house we provide.
