Double room for rent £70pw all bills inc.

I'm looking for a housemate to share my newly renovated home with. It is located in the Huyton area of Liverpool and is close to a number of hospitals (Alder Hey, Broadgreen, Whiston, Walton, Aintree). It is about a 20 minute drive to Liverpool City Centre or there is a bus stop on the road outside which takes you to Liverpool City Centre within 30 minutes with regular buses.

The room is a single/ small bedroom, it will be furnished with a choice of a double or single bed with matress, clothes rail, full length mirror and chest of draws. The rent is £70 per week including all bills (gas, electricity, water, Internet and Sky package in the shared livingroom).

The house is a 3 bedroom house, with parking, a large garden and a large open plan living room and dining room. I'm looking for a tidy housemate, who will be respectful of my home. Both myself and my housemate work 5 days a week at local hospitals but we do enjoy socialising at evenings and on weekends.
