Large Double Room To Rent! All bills inc

Hi, I have three double bedrooms in my house in Anfield (L4), all bills included. Two of them are available straight away, and the third will be available early October. If you're interested in the house, give me a shout and we can arrange a time to see the house and meet my current housemate too.

It's a lovely house, nice big kitchen (good for house meals and dinner parties), two living rooms, two bathrooms, a nice courtyard garden (good sun trap), and the house is opposite a big park. It's on the 17 bus route so it's easy to get into town, and the 26/27 is 2 minute walk away so the Baltic is easy to get to too.

I'm moving out for work, and one of my housemates is moving for uni in October. My other housemate staying in the house is really nice, professional and very friendly.

Current housemates cook and hang out together in the living room when we're not busy or want our own space, and occasionally organise nights out together, and ideally I'd like to find housemates who this would suit.

The two rooms available now are:
Room 1: £310/pm : 3.5m x 3.5m, comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, short bookcase, chest of drawers and bedside drawers.

Room 2: £350/pm : 4m x 5m, top (2nd) floor, dormer window, comes with double bed, wardrobe, alcove shelving, desk

Available from the second week of October:
Room 3: £350/pm : 4m x 3.5m, ground floor, bay window, comes with double bed, wardrobe, desk
