My name's Chris and a room is now available in our friendly and clean 3 bed house. It's a good sized double room with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe & storage cupboard.

There is a fully furnished living room and kitchen with washing machine and a new large fridge-freezer. Upstairs the bathroom has a good shower with bath and there is a small spare room. We also have a yard at the back of the house.

The location is close to town, universities, great parks and lots of shops.

It's a friendly and relaxed house and we like to keep it clean and tidy.

Water bills are included in the rent. Deposit is 1 months rent, £160.
