I amlooking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement asap. The contract ends 6/07/2017. This student only flat is situated within ideal walking distance for LJMU as well as the University of Liverpool, Liverpool Central station and is seconds away from Liverpool Lime Street station. This en suite property is £129 per week, with bills included. The room contains a large wardrobe and desk, with further storage space under the bed. The room is in a 4 person flat, with 3 other tenants all in first year. There is a large shared kitchen, with an electric hob, oven, stools and sofas as well as cupboard, fridge and freezer space available.
