Room for let in 5 bed House, Penny Lane

Looking for a new housemate, male or female, between the ages of 18 and 30. It is a spacious house, with shared living room and kitchen, dining room and 2 shared bathrooms (bath and showers); all of which are fully furnished. The bedroom up for let is also fully furnished, with a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. This house is located on the infamous Penny Lane in Wavertree, just off of Smithdown road; a lovely street and in a great location. It is very close to the buses (about a 20 minute bus ride to the city centre), local restaurants and pubs, and shops such as Asda, Tesco Express, Home Bargains etc. There are currently four other girls, all third year students at University of Liverpool, who are all very friendly and welcoming, looking for a fifth person to join us for our last semester of University. We are all sociable, enjoy a night out or casual drinks, as well as netflix binges and feasts.
