In this House we have 4 females all between the ages of 21 and 35. All are working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
The house has 6 rooms, a communal open living area and Kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom, and every room has a double bed. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear of the property also,

The house is located on Walton breck road in L4. The property is only 10 minute bus journey from Liverpool city centre and is in an ideal location with transport links all around the north.

LOCAL Amenities
There are plenty of Convenience stores, Takeaways and pubs just a stones throw away. The property is just next to the famous Liverpool Football Stadium and is just a 2 minute walk away from Stanley park and lake for nice strolls
Across the road is a Morrisons as well as Farmfoods and ASDA which are both just a 10 minute walk away.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
