HOUSE lay out
The house has 9 rooms, a communal living area and Kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom, so there is no sharing of bathrooms! The room is fully furnished and there are also two kitchens within the property. There is also a lounge and dining area. In the back garden there is also secure bike sheds purposely built to store bikes.!
LOCATION – Cumberland Avenue
This property is in the Sefton area which is a very popular area of Liverpool and just a 25-minute walk to the University of Liverpool or a 10 minute drive into Liverpool City Centre. This area is a thriving young professional area as its proximity to the city centre and university campuses means it is an ideal location if you’re moving within or to Liverpool. Bus routes from the main road (Ullet Road) is two-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 15 minutes
LOCAL FACILITIES
Princes park, Sefton park and lark lane are all within a 5 minute walk making the area absolutely ideal.
ASDA Superstore is just a 3 minute walk from the property as well as a late night off licence situated on Smithdown road.
There are plenty of takeaways, pubs and takeaways close by.
Lark lane is just a 15 minute walk away which has some of the most fabulous restaurants and Bars that Liverpool has to offer.
RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.
MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
