WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 2 females and 1 Male, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
The house has 4 rooms, a lovely homely lounge and a modern kitchen area. 3 rooms share a communal bathroom and 1 room is a En-suite. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
The house is located on Whitland road area and is just a 35-minute walk into the city centre or a 20 minute bus Journey. This area is a thriving young professional area as its proximity to the city centre and university campuses means it is an ideal location if you’re moving within or to Liverpool.

LOCAL Amenities
There are plenty of shops nearby as well as a McDonalds, a Gym and LIDL which is a stones throw away. There are also plenty of pubs, takeaways and convenience stores nearby.
The local park is a 1 minute walk from the property for nice strolls.

PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room and will begin the process for move in. Depending on tenants’ individual circumstance we might need 2 of the following: Employment reference, Landlord Reference, Character reference, Bank statements. This all depends on a tenant’s circumstance so please speak to our friendly lettings team to clarify what you might need. We also might request to do a credit check.

MOVING IN
Move in can be done the same week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
