Looking for a student/professional between 21-28 years of age to move into my spare room at the Cargo Building, Liverpool.

I am a 24 year old medical student at the University of Liverpool going into my final year of study this September. For the next year, I will be based at Aintree University Hospital on placement 9-5pm, 5 days a week. Though I am technically classed as a student at University, I will very much be working as a young professional in a busy hospital. I am a relaxed and easy-going person but at the same time I am clean and respectful of my roommate's privacy and looking for someone who is the same. I love going to the gym, swimming, climbing, watching movies, PS4 and enjoying a pint on the weekends in pubs/bars.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of 9 Grayson Street and looks out towards the main courtyard and the newly opened Tesco Express. (My room is en-suite which means that whoever moves into the spare room will also have their own bathroom - which is actually bigger than mine). The spare bedroom comes already with a comfy, double bed and mattress, large chest of drawers, 2 beside cabinets and a very large fitted wardrobe with mirrored, sliding doors from floor to ceiling.
