Double Room Very Close to City Centre

I've got a spare room in my flat in Chancellor court. It's about a 15 minute walk into town and a 10 minute walk to University square.

The bedroom is a good size and comfortably fits a double bed and quite a large wardrobe there's also additional storage space elsewhere in the flat. The bedroom is the smaller one in the property and this is reflected in the monthly rent I've suggested.

There's a large kitchen/living area with all the kitchen utensils and appliances etc. and the bathroom is fairly standard. Bills aren't included, but from what I've set up I'd estimate about £75 per person per month would cover everything pretty well, but I'm sure I'd be able to sort out exact amounts between us! I'm not 100% on the deposit situation because I've already payed a full deposit so I'l have to double check with the agent on that.

I'm a chemistry PhD student at the University of Liverpool and I generally work about 9-6 weekdays. In my free time, I'm a keen runner and I go the pub a couple of evenings a week. I'm fairly tidy, respectful and like everyone else a fan of takeaway, netflix and the odd beverage!
