Beautifully furnished apartment in city centre

Hi, I'm currently living in a beautifully furnished apartment with another girl aged 26. I am looking to move home to NI as soon as, and looking for someone to take over my lease, the lease is up on 27th January 2020, however the other girl is looking to renew the lease (so can sign for longer if wanted). The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, a shared bathroom and shared living area. The apartment comes with washing machine, microwave etc already built in. Both bedrooms have an amazing skylight for the natural light to come through, also with wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. The flat has electric heating also. Overall bills work out around £100 a month (water, council tax, broadband etc) , so overall cost is around £525 (as rent and electric is £424.50) for an amazing location right in the city centre.
