Double furnished room in City Centre

Double furnished room in two bedroom apartment available in the city center L1.
Very quiet clean and spacious room with double bed and all necessary furniture so plenty of storage or space for work.
The Living room, kitchen and the bathroom are shared.
Unfortunately there is no parking space. Free on street parking 6pm-8am .
Lime st., Central and l1 bus station 5-10min walk. Tesco and all shops 5min away.
You will be sharing the flat with myself. Im in work most of the time so not spending much time at home.
Bills included. Deposit first week rent.
Would prefer someone for a short stay 1-6 month. If interested just ask.
I can do viewing on weekdays after 5pm or weekends any time.
