WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 5 males, all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
The house has 6 Double rooms, a communal open living area, 2 communal bathrooms and a Kitchen. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

The house is located on Cameron Street Royal in L7 and the Royal Liverpool Hospital is only a 10 minute walk away. ). Bus routes from the main road (Kensington road) are two-minute walk from the house and take you straight to Liverpool One in 15 minutes. The property is also ideal for young professionals and also ideal for masters students as Uni buildings are just a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.

LOCAL FACILITIES
The property is just a short walk onto Kensington's main Rood which has plenty of shops such as Home Bargains, Iceland, Boots. LIDL and MacDonalds and plenty more and all are just a 2 minute walk from the property.
Edge Lane retail park is also nearby and is just a 20 minute walk away and there you will find high street stores such as River Island, TK Maxx, M&S, JD Sports, Pure Gym and plenty more.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
