Subletting a spare bedroom. I have been living here since, September 2020.
The second room is without an ensuite, however the room is spacious and bright with a fitted mirrored wardrobe. The home is welcoming and exceptionally clean, given that it is a brand new apartment.
Access to communal bathroom, open plan kitchen and living space. Integrated white goods included (dishwasher, wash/dryer machine and fridge/freezer).
I have a kettle, toaster, and hoover, kitchen bin. Plus other bit and bobs that I will be happy to share, within reason.
There's currently no TV, so it's your choice if you wish to purchase one for the living area or your own bedroom.
The apartment block itself, has a communal lobby where you can review post. Downstairs bins, and parking (paid separate to property management). And a communal terrace.
Bills included (council tax, electricity, water, internet).
To sum up myself, I love to travel and go on adventures therefore, I don't usually spend much time in the flat apart from when I need to.
Currently working from home.
I enjoy a minimalistic vibe and good taste.
I have a house cat, so must enjoy the company of animals.
Ideal tenant would be someone who hasn't got much need to decorate or move in lots of belongings other than what is necessary to live. Hence the minimalism. Positive (mostly) and open minded (always) individuals should apply.
Working proffessionals only.
Monthly rolling agreement will be in place. Must agree to 28 days notice either side, and can be executed from either party at any point in tenancy.
My partner stays during the winter and away throughout the summertime.
